Project Superintendent

Immediate need for experienced Project Superintendents to be responsible for overall on-site administrative and technical management to ensure each project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.

Project Manager

Immediate need for experienced Project Managers to be responsible for the overall development, administration and management for projects within the medical, office and retail industries. In addition to collaborating and providing assistance to the Chief Estimator, the PM would have complete authority over total construction efforts to ensure that projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, schedule and the overall scope of work.

Project Engineer

Immediate need for Project Engineers to provide support to the Project Manager and the Project Superintendent for all aspects of project administration. The PE would perform a wide variety of engineering and administrative activities relative to project planning, drawing conformance, estimating, scheduling, project close-out, budget administration, contract and subcontract administration, coordination, cost control, and document control.

 

Senior Estimator

Immediate need for an experienced Senior Estimator. Detail oriented individual with proficient computer skills, willing to work with clients on negotiated projects to establish budgets to get the project out of the ground.
