Sending our employees home safely each day is Jackson Dean’s top priority.  For Jackson Dean, providing a safe workplace for its employees is more than a mantra; it is at the core of our business.  Safety means more than just hard hats and safety glasses.  Project managers and employees are trained on specific safety procedures and safe workplace practices. Our safety Manager visits every jobsite regularly to coach employees, work with subcontractors and help identify potential risks and hazards.  We work closely with our employees, inspectors, subcontractors and clients to make jobsites safe and free of hazards.  This practice ensures not only the safety of our employees, but of everyone on the project.  At Jackson Dean we feel that our ability to maintain a safe and hazard free jobsite is more than a duty that we are obligated to our employees, it is also a responsibility to each client. “Our core values are the cornerstone of who we are, what we stand for and what we do.
