JobTrak

JobTrak is a software suite Jackson Dean Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers and administrative personnel use to manage all phases of each project from initial budgeting through closeout.

• JobTrak is linked to a central database server, which is automatically updated on a half hourly basis from our cost accounting software (Timberline Gold).


• JobTrak provides Jackson Dean Project Managers with near real time access to their entire budget, while at the same time enforcing fiscal responsibility and accounting standards.


• Because all projects are served from JobTrak’s central database, management is easily able to exercise oversight on all company activities using JobTrak Admin, a separate management program.


• Native security in JobTrak allows management to determine which groups each user belongs to and to limit each user to specific projects within the company.


• JobTrak enables electronic document sharing between Jackson Dean and participating owners and architects.
